In the office there are now smoke cubicles which circulates the smoke-filled air away. So colleagues can smoke in the office!

This helps "increase productivity" since the employees do not need to leave the office for a smoke break. They can work on their laptops or be on calls even as they smoke in that cubicle. And its not a closed cubicle btw.
